Tiger purrs on refinancing

SHARES in Tiger Resources jumped today after the copper producer reached agreement with Taurus Mining Finance Fund to refinance its existing debt facilities and obtain additional funding for the Kipoi copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
