Tiger 'hopeful' of sale to Sinomine but making alternate plans in case

WHILE Tiger Resources remains "hopeful" it will be able to conclude the sale of its Kipoi copper-cobalt project in Democratic Republic of Congo to Sinomine HK, it's also working on recapitalisation and restructuring initiatives that could be implemented if the deal falls over.
