Stocks end higher in thin trading

THE Australian bourse gave up its early gains to close the session slightly higher amid thin trading conditions after the Christmas holiday, while investors in OZ Minerals wait with bated breath for an update over the company’s talks with lenders regarding the refinancing of its debt facilities.
