Ivanhoe knocks back Noranda

IVANHOE Mines chairman Robert Friedland has turned down a proposal from Canadian miner Noranda to develop the Oyu Tolgoi copper gold project in Monglia and said it was more likely to consider vesting minority stakes to Chinese, Japanese or Korean companies.
