TIGER Resources is to acquire the Bom Jardim Creek gold project in the Brazilian state of Para for $US2.5 million cash plus 4 million shares from Perth-based vendors Corporate Resource Consultants and Kipto, and private Brazilian company Mineracao Bom Jardim.
