Petra confident

PETRA Diamonds says it expects production to increase at its Helam, Messina/Dancarl and Star mines over the next six months, with production on track to be 167,000 carats and sale revenue to be around $US23 million for the 2005 calendar year.

Petra said for the six months to June 30, run-of-mine sales were 77,295 carats, generating revenue of $US10.7 million, compared to the 12 months to December 2004 of 86,486 carats and $US12.9 million respectively....
