BHP ditches RGP in favour of "master plan"

AS part of a master plan to grow its iron ore business to 450 million tonnes per annum, BHP Billiton Iron Ore president Ian Ashby says the company will move away from its traditional rapid growth projects and adopt a program-of-work approach, designing “cookie cutter” mines and infrastructure to maximise its growth potential.
