The assets include a 600,000t per annum processing plant, 750,000tpa crusher, and a 131sq.km landholding, and are being offered for sale as a package or separately.
There is also more than 700,000oz of gold in various resource categories.
Croesus company secretary Graeme Smith told MiningNews.net the company felt its efforts would be better spent on the Norseman and Davyhurst operations.
He denied the sale was related to any potential acquisition.
Croesus shares continued to face selling pressure today, and were off 2 cents at 53 cents in early trade.
