Takeover target Nex Metals Explorations has launched a non-renounceable rights issue to raise $3.11 million.
The one-for-three issue is priced at 3.5c per share, a 16.6% discount to the 10-day volume-weighted average price.
The proceeds will be used to advance gold projects.
