Philippines laterite deal in dispute

A DISPUTE about the sale of a nickel laterite project in the Philippines has broken out, with the buyer wanting to pull out of the 2015 deal and be refunded part-payments made towards the purchase, and the ASX-listed vendor wanting to be paid the full amount agreed-upon.
