Kingstream gets $800,000 from St Barbara

IT HAS been a bittersweet victory for the administrators of Kingstream Steel in its long-running legal dispute with St Barbara Mines, with the Western Australian Supreme Court ruling St Barbara should pay Kingstream $A800,000 in damages, well short of the $350 million originally sought.
