Sprott streaming instrument chosen by Theta for gold mine funding

DUE diligence by Sprott-appointed consultants on the proposed TGME gold project in South Africa will begin immediately after TGME’s owner Theta Gold Mines accepted a US$70 million streaming funding facility in return for up to 100,000 ounces being delivered to the proposed financier over the operation’s life.
