Panoramic outlines underwritten $20M raising plan

ZETA Resources, which is already Panoramic Resources' major shareholder, and stockbroker Hartleys, have agreed to back a circa A$20 million capital raising to help the nickel miner overcome start-up issues at the resurrected Savannah mine.
