Doray terminates Deflector gold deal

DORAY Minerals has paid $US7 million ($A9 million) to terminate a metal purchase agreement held with Sandstorm Gold over its Deflector gold project in the Murchison region of Western Australia.

The agreement would have entitled Sandstorm to 2.6% of gold production from Deflector at a flat rate of $500 per ounce for the life of the mine. The gold spot price is currently sitting at $1188/oz....
