The contract extension is worth A$850 million over five years.
MACA will continue to provide a comprehensive range of mining services, including load and haul, drill and blast, crushing and screening, as well as vehicle maintenance.

As part of the contract extension, MACA will continue to work closely with the traditional owners of the land, Yilka, to ensure a collaborative approach to mining operations.

MACA was acquired by contracting giant Thiess last year.
Gold Road managing director Duncan Gibbs welcomed the increased capabilities Thiess could bring to Gruyere.
"This contract extension provides even greater confidence in the ongoing sustainability of production at Gruyere to the benefit of all stakeholders," he said.
Gruyere is a circa 350,000 ounce per annum open pit gold producer.
