Its subsidiary, African Underground Mining Services, was awarded a contract extension at Roxgold's Yaramoko complex in Burkina Faso.
The contract extension is valued at about $200 million over two years, starting in December 2021.
It takes the total contracted work-in-hand at Yaramoko to roughly $350 million as of August 31.
AUMS, a division of Perenti underground mining subsidiary Barminco, has been working at the mine since 2015.
"This contract extension reinforces their sector leading position and underlines the group's focus on profitable growth through extending existing contracts and winning new work aligned with our 2025 strategy," Perenti managing director Mark Norwell said.
Yaramoko achieved record production of 142,204 ounces of gold in 2019.
The latest win comes after Barminco was awarded a $200 million contract for Western Areas' Odysseus nickel mine in Western Australia on Tuesday.
Shares in Perenti were up 2.1% to $1.185, valuing the contractor at $831 million.
