BHP's Western Australia Iron Ore division awarded Monadelphous a contract for dewatering at Mining Area C, as well as appointing it to the site engineering panel for a further two years to provide civil, structural, mechanical, piping and marine services at BHP's mine and port operations in the Pilbara.
Monadelphous was awarded a three-year contract by Rio Tinto for the provision of maintenance services and minor projects on its Pilbara marine infrastructure.
Fortescue Metals Group extended Monadelphous' existing fixed plant maintenance and shutdown crane services contracts by another year.
Monadelphous also won further work with Newcrest Mining at Lihir in Papua New Guinea, comprising a three-year contract to provide minor capital project services, including civil, mechanical, structural, piping and blast and paint.
Monadelphous has been providing services at Lihir Island since 2017.
The company was also awarded a four-year contract to continue providing mechanical and electrical maintenance and turnaround services for an unnamed customer's midstream operations in the Queensland coal seam gas market.
Monadelphous managing director Rob Velletri said the company continued to build on its relationships with long-term customers in both the mining and oil and gas sectors.
"As always, we remain focused on the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality service solutions and we are pleased to continue to be recognised as a partner of choice by our customers," he said.
Monadelphous previously withdrew guidance for the 2020 financial year due to the uncertainty caused by COVID-19.
Shares in the contractor last traded at $11.82, valuing it at $1.1 billion.
