WASM chooses Thoroughtec

WASM aims to integrate the simulators into its curriculum.

The simulators are intended to provide a greater understanding of advanced training techniques, of how to operate a range of equipment and develop practical skills.

WASM believes it will be the first learning institution in the region to integrate a simulator into an academic mining engineering course.

Thoroughtec and WASM will be giving visitors to this year’s Diggers and Dealers forum in Kalgoorlie the opportunity to test drive the simulator.
