Glencore exits, administrators enter

THE recent financial woes of mining contractor Henry Walker Eltin have culminated in the voluntary appointment of administrators Ernst & Young after Swiss-based commodities trader Glencore decided not to proceed with a $100 million recapitalisation plan.
