The engineering and construction group has estimated a profit around $A70 million compared to the previous year of $57.5M.

Forge recently announced a number of board and senior management changes including non-executive director David Craig moving to the role of independent non-executive chairman and David Simpson to replace Peter Hutchinson as managing director commencing on July 9.

The Western Australian-based company has operations in Australia and west Africa and its clients include Woodside, BHP Billiton, Worley Alumina and Alcoa Australia through three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Abesque Engineering, Cimeco and Webb Construction.

Forge shares gained 9c to $4.31.
