The contract is for design and construction of the Woodstock Marble Bar Road upgrade works, and realignment of the 55km road.
Sealing and intersection works are also part of the contract, along with the construction of new floodways.
The project has been awarded to Decmil's wholly owned subsidiary Decmil Australia, and the company said it was preparing to mobilise later this month, with completion expected in May.
"While market conditions within the resources sector remain challenging, the award of this contract adds to the Group's solid platform for the year ahead and strengthens our position in construction and civil sectors," Decmil CEO Scott Criddle said.
The new Atlas contract is the latest mining work for the company, following a $37.5 million contract for construction of diesel fuel infrastructure at Roy Hill awarded late last year.
Decmil shares were up 1.8% to $1.96 this morning.
