Acquisition bolsters Clough's service activities

CLOUGH Services, a division of Clough Engineering, has announced the acquisition of 50% of Shedden Uhde, a Melbourne-based engineering and project delivery company, to bolster its capacity to meet rising demand for services in the process industries sector.
