Celsius warm on deal with Silvercorp for MCB copper-gold asset

CELSIUS Resources is being acquired in a A$56 million deal by Canada-headquartered China miner Silvercorp, with Celsius' main asset being the MCB copper-gold asset in Philippines that has previously been assessed to have a post-tax net present value of about $650 million.
