Aurenne lobs bid for Alt

SYDNEY-based private gold miner Aurenne Group Holdings has lobbed an all-cash takeover offer for Alt Resources, hoping to add the Mt Ida and Bottle Creek projects to its existing Kalpini and Bulong South assets in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields.
