A-Cap pegs $11M cobalt deal with Blackham

A-CAP Resources has entered into a binding terms sheet with loss-making Wiluna gold miner Blackham Resources for a new A$11 million joint venture that will see it shoulder the costs for around half of Blackham's non-core permits as that company focuses on its production turnaround strategy.
