ConsMin returns Territory's blows as takeover decisions loom

CONSOLIDATED Minerals managing director Rod Baxter today fired a volley at Territory Resources chief Michael Kiernan, saying ConsMin was in "bad shape" after Kiernan's departure, while reporting improved returns for 2007 and flagging a possible profit upgrade for 2008.
