ConsMin dismisses OM takeover speculation

OLEG Sheiko, right-hand man to Ukrainian billionaire Gennadiy Bogolyubov, has reportedly dismissed talk of a move by Consolidated Minerals to take control of fellow manganese miner OM Holdings and has also warned that Australia's mining and carbon taxes will cause a flight of capital offshore.
