Carol Marinkovich has resigned as joint company secretary, but will continue as secretary to the Gruyere joint venture committees.

Former Alcoa senior executive Garett Dixon has joined the board of BCI Minerals.

Avi Kimelman has resigned as chairman of Nova Minerals and Cohiba Minerals for personal reasons, but will continue to consult to both companies.

Mordechai Benedikt has been appointed as executive chairman of Cohiba.

At Nova, David Hersham has been appointed as non-executive chairman.

Simon Durack has resigned as executive director of MinRex Resources.

Flinders Mines has appointed Dr Andrew Whitehead as general manager.

Matt Latimore has been appointed to the board of Bowen Coking Coal.

Steve Formica and James Agenbag will step down from the board by the end of October.

TNT Mines has appointed Peter Woods to its board, replacing Michael Jardine.

Peter Tsegas has resigned from the board of Adavale Resources and has been replaced by Castillo Copper executive director Alan Armstrong.

Garry Thomas has been appointed as an alternate to Dudley Leitch on the board of Mithril Resources.

Comet Resources has appointed New South Wales-based geologist Mart Rampe as project manager for the Barraba copper project.

Kerry Whitby and Richard Harmsworth have been appointed to assist Magnetite Mines with its Razorback iron ore project prefeasibility study.
