China's litany of mining disasters continues

ANOTHER day, another mining disaster in China. As of the beginning of last week, 3393 miners had perished in China's notoriously dangerous mines, and another 15 could soon be added to that shameful tally with rescuers currently trying to save workers trapped in a flooded shaft in Shaanxi province.
