The Explorer of the Year Award recognises success in arguably the most important area of the mining sector - discovery.

The Explorer of the Year will recognise a company and its leadership team for a significant new discovery made, or advanced to a meaningful status, during the 2022 financial year.

The 2022 Explorer of the Year will follow in the footsteps of previous winners including Chalice Mining (2021) and De Grey Mining (2020).

It only takes a minute to fill out the nomination form, which can be found here.

Nominations close on June 30. The shortlist of finalists will be announced early next month and will be profiled throughout July before the winners are announced.
