Alpha HPA capex soars, but project still 'robust'

ALPHA HPA has released the definitive feasibility study into its proposed HPA First project at Gladstone, Queensland, finding it is "technically robust and financially compelling", despite the fact capital estimates have increased dramatically from the prefeasibility study.
