WESTERN Australia’s Mines Minister, Bill Johnston, has refused to rule out scrapping or suspending the Exploration Incentive Scheme when the latest A$10 million in funding runs out in 2019 as the government seeks to plug the $100 million per annum budget hole created by the defeat of the gold royalty increase.
