BHPB to push ahead with Mithril joint venture

MITHRIL Resources has said BHP Billiton will exercise its option to take part in a joint venture at Barrow Creek in the Northern Territory, allowing the major to earn a 59.25% stake in the project by paying A$5 million, while Mithril will be the operator and retain 15.75% equity.
