South Africa's DME speaks on permit delays

LENGTHY delays in processing exploration and mining permits have caused concern for many resources companies operating in South Africa. <i>MiningNews.net</i> spoke with the director-general of the RSA Department of Minerals and Energy, Sandile Nogxina, on the sidelines of the Africa Downunder conference about what is being done to address the situation.
