THERE aren’t many companies that can claim to have the Prime Minister of Australia presiding over the formal granting of an exploration licence, especially if the ground is overseas, but that’s exactly what happened to Tethyan Copper when it added a further 4369 sq.km of land in Pakistan to its portfolio earlier this week.
