Norilsk flags huge resource spend

RUSSIA’S Norilsk Nickel will spend up to $US10.9 billion ($A10.7 billion) between now and 2025 to build its resources, develop new mines and expand existing operations and is aiming to jump into the top five mining companies in the world.
