IN GREEK mythology, the Minotaur was a horrific creature, half man half bull, banished at birth to live in a labyrinth where it ate human sacrifices. Today's Minotaur - or more specifically Adelaide-based Minotaur Resources - is quickly carving out its own legend. And unlike its namesake, it's a much-loved beast indeed.
