As announced in February, MNN has launched ResourceStocks Sydney 2018, an exploration and development investment event designed to showcase up and coming projects with the context needed for investment decisions.
Taking place from May 16-17, the ResourceStocks Sydney event builds on the success of our digital investor hubs, to curate meetings of investors and projects within the precious metals (gold & silver), base metals (copper and zinc) and energy minerals (lithium, cobalt and graphite) commodity groups around the world.
The following companies are already confirmed to present their projects:
Kingston Resources will present its newly acquired 2.8Moz Misima gold project in PNG and Livingstone gold project in WA.
Kin Mining will present its 1Moz Leonora gold project, which is on the verge of development.
Montezuma Mining Company will present Australia’s largest onshore manganese deposit, the Butcherbird project south of Newman, WA.
Ironbark Zinc will present the Citronen zinc-lead project in northern Greenland, one of the world’s largest undeveloped zinc-lead resources with a resource in excess of 13 billion pounds of contained zinc and lead metal.
White Rock Minerals will present the globally significant Red Mountain polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulphide project in central Alaska.
Southern Gold will present three projects in South Korea: the Weolyu gold and silver project, the Gubang gold project and the Kochang gold project.
Alt Resources will present the newly acquired Bottle Creek gold mine located in the Mt Ida gold belt of WA.
PolarX will present the emerging Zackly copper-gold project in Alaska.
Auris Minerals will present the Forrest and Cashmans copper projects in WA’s Doolgunna region.
Metals X and Valor Resources will present projects to be confirmed.
Many more projects will be announced in the coming weeks.
New keynote speakers to be confirmed include Resource Capital Funds mining private equity associate Joe Bishop, PCF Capital Group managing director Liam Twigger, Lion Selection Group investment manager Hedley Widdup, Amur Minerals chairman Robert Schafer, Henslow principal Andrew Woodmore and Copperbank CEO Gianni Kovacevic.
They join a the list of previously confirmed keynote presenters: Baillieu Holst equity partner and Melbourne Mining Club chairman Richard Morrow, Patersons Securities head of research Cathy Moises, Flagstaff Partners managing director Michel Mamet, Petra Commodities CEO Alberto Migliucci, and Alpha Z Advisors head of global commodities research Rachel Ziemba.
