The awards, now in the fourth year, will recognise excellence in four categories:

  • Explorer of the Year

  • New and/or Emerging Leader of the Year

  • CEO of the Year

  • Deal and/or Merger of the Year

The 2019 winners were Saracen Mineral Holdings' Raleigh Finlayson (CEO of the Year), Mincor Resources' David Southam (New/Emerging Leader of the Year), Northern Star Resources (Deal and/or Merger of the Year) and Bellevue Gold (Explorer of the Year).

This year's awards, for ASX-listed small-to-mid-cap companies, cover the period July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020, with winners to be announced in late July/early August.

We'll be asking our readers for nominations of companies/individuals throughout June.

The awards will again be judged by MNN's editorial team and a panel of industry leaders.

Nominations will open on Monday, with information on how to submit your standout leaders and companies for consideration to be provided then.
