MCA backs planned Native Title reform

THE Minerals Council of Australia says the Federal Government’s new plan for reform of the Native Title System will provide “greater clarity” in the implementation of a system that is often criticised by the mining fraternity for its complexity, lack of transparency and its prolonged approvals process.
