Crystallex denies sovereign issue in Venezuela

SHARES in Canadian gold miner Crystallex plummeted almost 50% on the American Stock Exchange yesterday following speculation that the Venezuelan government is now looking to develop the company’s Las Cristinas 12.5 million ounce gold deposit – one of the world’s largest undeveloped gold projects.
