Orocobre backs Olaroz expansion

LITHIUM brine producer Orocobre and partner Toyota Tsusho Corporation have made a positive final investment decision for the US$295 million stage 2 expansion of the Olaroz lithium facility, a move that will see production in Argentina ramp-up to 42,5000 tonnes per annum.
