West Africa-focused gold explorer Golden Rim Resources has raised A$5 million via the issue of 555.5 million shares at 0.9c per share.
Chairman Adonis Pouroulis has subscribed for $362,000 worth of shares, subject to shareholder approval.
Foster Stockbroking and LHC Mine Finance were joint lead managers.
The funds will be used to advance the Kada project in Guinea and Kouri project in Burkina Faso.
