Capital Watch: Nusantara, Clean TeQ and more

This week's capital raisings in the junior mining space

Indonesia gold developer Nusantara Resources has received A$5.8 million from the exercise of options.

The company's major shareholder and project partner, PT Indika Energy, exercised 16.7 million options at 35c each, increasing its stake to 28%.

The two are developing the Awak Mas project in Indonesia.

Clean TeQ Holdings has announced an additional $3 million placement to major shareholder Pengxin International Group.

As Pengxin is associated with Clean TeQ co-chairman Jiang Zhaobai, shareholder approval will be sought.

The subscription comes after the company announced a $19 million placement last week.

Alderan Resources has completed a placement at 8.5c per share to raise $3 million.

BW Equities was lead manager.

The funds will be used to accelerate drilling in Utah.

American Rare Earths has placed 26.6 million shares at 9c each, plus a one-for-two 15c option, to raise $2.4 million.

Taylor Collison was lead manager.

The proceeds will be used to advance the La Paz rare earths project in Arizona.

Cohiba Minerals has launched an SPP to raise up to $2 million to fund drilling in South Australia.

Shareholders will be able to apply for up to $30,000 worth of shares at 1.7c each.

Myanmar Metals has received $381,850 from the exercise of options.

Finally, Pursuit Minerals has raised $200,000 by placing 0.9c shares to the vendors of its new Warrior project.
