TWO years after its first attempt, Montem Resources is trying for a second time to list on the Australian Securities Exchange, with a fully underwritten initial public offer seeking A$8 million to support its efforts to resurrect the Tent Mountain coal mine in Canada’s Crowsnest Pass.
