PNX Metals has launched a A$5.48 million rights issue to completed the Hayes Creek definitive feasibility study.

The three-for-five 0.6c per share offer is being underwritten by lead manager Hartleys and shareholder DELPHI.

Magnetite developer Carpentaria Resources has launched a share purchase plan to raise up to $2 million.

The issue price of 4.8c per share is a 14.9% discount to the five-day volume-weighted average price of Carpentaria shares.

The funds raised will be used to advance the definitive feasibility study for the Hawsons project.

Arafura Resources' previously announced SPP has closed, raising $3 million.

Patersons Securities was lead manager and bookrunner.

The proceeds will be used to advance the Nolans rare earths project.

Rumble Resources has received binding commitments from professional and sophisticated investors, as well as company directors, to raise $1.5 million.

Shares will be issued at 5.5c each, with parties associated with the placement to receive 3.5 million 15c options.

The funds will be used to drill test four projects.

DevEx Resources has lodged a prospectus for a non-renounceable one-for-four pro-rata offer to raise up to $1.05 million.

Shares will be issued at 4c each, with the bulk of the proceeds to go towards exploration on the West Arnhem copper-gold-uranium project.

Gold explorer Marmota has raised $1 million through a placement to sophisticated investors at 1.6c per share.

The placement will fund the next round of work at the Aurora Tank project.

New South Wales explorer Argent Minerals has completed a private placement to raise $640,000 at 1.9c per share, with each share coming with a 5c option.

The proceeds will be used to explore its top three projects with a focus on gold.

West Africa-focused Predictive Discovery has received binding subscriptions to raise $531,000, with Capital Drilling cornerstoning the raising with a $350,000 investment.

Toro Energy has placed 11 million shares at 2.5c each to its six-largest shareholder Hogmen Capital Holdings, to raise $275,000 for its Wiluna uranium project.

Venus Metals Corporation has completed a private placement to raise $250,000 for gold exploration.

Finally, Dome Gold Mines has reached agreement to place 1.2 million shares at 20c each to raise $242,233.
