LAST year was a stronger one for copper producer Anvil Mining and 2011 is set to be better again as the company prepares to commission the $US400 million ($A397.7 million) stage 2 solvent extraction-electrowinning plant at its Kinsevere mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
