Patarica is a founding director of the company and has led it since 2010.

Andrew Drummond has resigned as chairman and director of Minemakers.

The company has named former Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold chief operating officer Richard H Block as non-executive chairman.

International Goldfields non-executive chairman Tony Sage and director Bernard Aylward have resigned from the board.

Sage cited health concerns as the reason for stepping down from the company he founded, as well as his directorships at International Petroleum and African Petroleum.

He will focus on his role as executive chairman of Cape Lambert Resources.

Director Mark Gwynne has agreed to act as interim non-executive director.

Professional Public Relations national director of investor relations David Tasker has joined the board, while CEO Travis Schwertfeger has been appointed as MD.

Former Centius Gold CEO Peter Williamson has been appointed as CEO of Zeus Resources.

David Frances has resigned as chairman of Tawana Resources and the company has no immediate plans to replace him.

Phoenix Gold has appointed geologist Stuart Hall to its board.

Meanwhile, Neville Cridge has replaced Duncan McBain on the board of Equator Resources.

Juan Martin Jorge has been named as the board replacement for Tim Adams, who resigned as a director of Gladiator Resources due to family reasons.

Jervois Mining has appointed its former chief financial officer and company secretary Roger Fairlam as a director.

Andrew Howard has resigned as a director of mining services company Allmine Group.

Finally, Justin Nelson has replaced Rebecca Holland-Kennedy as company secretary of PepinNini Minerals.
