ZINIFEX’s hostile takeover bid for nickel play Allegiance Mining has hit a stumbling block after the Takeovers Panel ordered the zinc miner to stop processing acceptances from some Allegiance shareholders. Meanwhile, Allegiance has claimed all of its sharetrading losses have been disclosed.
