AN INDEPENDENT expert’s report into Gindalbie Metals' proposed $A162.06 million share placement to its joint venture partner, Anshan Iron & Steel Group Corporation (AnSteel), concluded the placement is both “fair and reasonable” to non-associated shareholders of AnSteel.
